Abby is a Vice President on the Asset Management team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and executing operational strategies within the Osso portfolio.
Before joining Osso, Abby was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she previously served as the Co-Head of the Multifamily Asset Management team. In this role, Abby co-led strategy and oversight for Goldman’s 30,000-unit platform and executed business plans for over $2.5 billion of residential real estate, focusing on the Northeast and West Coast regions.
Abby graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Business Honors and Accounting and an MA in Finance. Abby is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chris is a Principal on the Asset Management team, where he oversees capital projects and facilities for the Osso portfolio.
Prior to joining Osso, Chris was a Senior Vice President of Construction and Facilities at EQT Exeter, where he led the construction management team and oversaw capital projects for approximately 10,000 multifamily units nationally. Chris has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate construction management and previously held roles at Laramar Group and Frontier Construction, Inc.
Chris graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Construction Management.
Collin is a Principal on the Data & Analytics team at Osso, where he leads development of the Osso data platform across data science, machine learning and engineering.
Prior to joining Osso, Collin was the Director of Data Science at 7Park Data, where he developed 7Park's alternative data products for the financial services vertical. While at 7Park, Collin built large-scale data pipelines and a suite of machine learning capabilities. Prior to 7Park, Collin spent seven years at S&P Global Ratings, building AI-driven document processing applications, news media monitoring systems and intelligent credit analytics tools.
Collin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he received a BA in Economics. Collin is also a CFA Charterholder.
Eduardo is a Senior Associate on the Investments team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Osso, Eduardo worked as an Associate on the Real Estate Acquisitions team at Blackstone.
Eduardo graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Statistics.
Eric is a Vice President on the Finance & Accounting team, where he oversees the investment accounting reporting processes for Osso’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Osso, Eric worked as an accounting manager at Greystar, where he oversaw a team of accountants and was responsible for the full accounting cycle of 40 third-party owned assets across the country. Eric previously served as an accountant at a CPA firm specializing in financial services for small businesses.
Eric graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a BS in accounting. He received his MBA from the University of South Florida and is a licensed CPA.
Eva is an Associate on the Investments team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Osso, Eva worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group at J.P. Morgan.
Eva graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration.
Hongfei is a Managing Director and serves as the Head of Data & Analytics at Osso, where she oversees Osso’s centralized analytics and data science efforts.
Before joining Osso, Hongfei was the Head of Analytics at Point72 Asset Management, Market Intelligence. She led strategic direction in analytics, focused on proprietary research using alternative data, and delivered scalable solutions to support the firm’s long/short investments. Prior to Point72, Hongfei worked at IBM Watson, where she served as the Head of Data Science at IBM Analytics and built a data science team that created a variety of analytics solutions in B2B and B2C industries. During her tenure at IBM Watson, Hongfei received the IBM Master Inventor award and published numerous conference and journal papers as well as U.S. patents in machine learning and statistical applications and methodologies.
Hongfei earned her PhD in Statistics from the Ohio State University and her BS in Applied Mathematics from Tianjin University. She is also a CFA charterholder.
Jack is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Asset Management, overseeing all asset management and portfolio oversight activities.
Prior to joining Osso, Jack was the COO of LivCor, Blackstone’s multifamily asset management company since its 2013 inception. As COO, Jack worked with Blackstone to underwrite and onboard acquisitions and led a uniquely structured asset management team that provided high-touch oversight of all portfolio operations, redevelopment and capital improvements. Before LivCor, Jack worked for 19 years at Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR), holding various positions, including Controller, VP Financial Services, 1st VP M&A Integrations, SVP Asset Management and SVP Operations, ultimately leading East and West Coast operations.
Jack graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU), where he received a BS in Accounting. Jack is also a CPA. Additionally, Jack sits on the board of trustees for IWU.
Jamie is the CFO and oversees all finance, accounting, investor reporting and compliance functions of Osso.
Before joining Osso, Jamie served as the CFO of CARROLL, a national multifamily owner and operator. Jamie was responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and finance functions, including fund, property and corporate accounting, investor reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal and external audits, treasury and tax compliance. Jamie also worked closely with the property operations team on implementing various operational initiatives across CARROLL’s portfolio, oversaw various human resource functions and was responsible for executing the company’s corporate mission and strategy. Prior to CARROLL, Jamie worked in the Fund Controller Group at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment Funds and in Ernst & Young’s audit practice, with a focus on commercial real estate clients.
Jamie graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy. Jamie is also a licensed CPA.
Jazmyne is a Vice President on the Finance & Accounting team, where she manages Osso’s corporate accounting and administration functions.
Prior to joining Osso, Jazmyne spent over ten years at Columbia Property Trust (NYSE: CXP), where she served as a Corporate Accounting Manager and was responsible for corporate accounting, financial reporting, and various corporate functions.
Jazmyne holds a BS in Information Technology from Georgia Southern University and a BBA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.
Jess is a Senior Associate on the Investments team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Osso, Jess worked as an Associate on the Corporate Advisory / M&A team at Eastdil Secured and as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS.
Jess graduated from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a BBA in Finance and Accounting.
Max is an Associate on the Data & Analytics team at Osso, where he works on the development of Osso’s data platform and data science projects.
Prior to joining Osso, Max worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Justworks, developing analytics and machine learning capabilities for finance and product teams across the organization. Prior to Justworks, Max was a Data Science Intern in the Emergency Services Department at the Cleveland Clinic.
Max graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and a minor in Statistics.
Megan is a Principal on the Asset Management team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and executing operational strategies within the Osso portfolio.
Prior to joining Osso, Megan was an EVP and the Head of Residential Asset Management at American Realty Advisors (ARA), where she oversaw a team of asset managers to help enhance individual property performance, standardized reporting, and provided insight on new acquisitions for various multifamily and single-family rental communities. Before ARA, Megan worked for DWS and UBS Realty Investors, holding various asset management and fundraising positions.
Megan earned her Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and her BS in Public Policy, Planning, & Development from the University of Southern California.
Melissa is a Senior Associate on the Data & Analytics team at Osso, where she works on the development of Osso’s data platform and data science projects.
Prior to joining Osso, Melissa worked as a Data Engineer at SoulCycle, where she helped develop and maintain the data platform and worked strategically with teams across the company to deliver analytics on the firm’s various products.
Melissa graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Statistics. She also holds a Master’s in Statistics from Columbia University.
Michael is an Associate on the Asset Management team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and implementing operational strategies within the Osso portfolio.
Prior to joining Osso, Michael was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he worked on the Housing Asset Management team covering multifamily, student housing, senior housing, and hotel assets across the United States. In this role, Michael focused on strategic asset management, valuations, refinances, and dispositions.
Michael graduated cum laude from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School as a GLOBE Scholar with a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Environmental Studies.
Michelle is an Associate on the Asset Management team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and implementing operational strategies within the Osso portfolio.
Prior to joining Osso, Michelle worked as an Associate on the Asset Management team at KKR, where she managed its East Coast portfolio of multifamily, office, and self-storage properties. Michelle previously worked at Eastdil Secured as an Associate on the Investment Sales team.
Michelle graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in Environmental Policy and a minor in Finance.
Michelle is a Vice President on the Finance & Accounting team, where she assists with Osso’s finance, accounting, investor reporting and compliance functions.
Prior to joining Osso, Michelle worked as a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Fund Controller Group at State Street and as a Senior Accountant at Chatham Capital.
Michelle graduated from Northeastern University with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting.
Olivia is the Founder and CEO of Osso, where she is responsible for the investment strategy and day-to-day management of the firm and serves as the chair of the Investment Committee.
Before Osso, Olivia was a Managing Director on the Real Estate Acquisitions team at Blackstone, where she worked in the New York and London offices from 2007 to 2020. She previously led the firm’s U.S. multifamily investing efforts (approximately $12 billion of acquisitions) and played a key role in the creation and expansion of LivCor, Blackstone’s U.S. apartment portfolio company.
Olivia graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a BS in Economics and was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
Sophie is a Vice President on the Investments team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Osso, Sophie worked as a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel Financial Corp.
Sophie graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a BA in International Studies. Before attending university, Sophie served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Foreign Liaison Non-Commissioned Officer to the Jordanian Armed Forces.
Spencer is the Co-Founder of Osso and serves as a Principal focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing acquisitions and dispositions as well as developing data analytics strategies.
Spencer previously worked on the Real Estate Acquisitions team at Blackstone, where he was involved in the completion of nearly $4 billion of acquisitions. Before Blackstone, Spencer was a professional tennis player after a standout junior career, during which he was ranked #1 in the United States, won several national titles and competed in junior Grand Slam events.
Spencer received his BA summa cum laude from Harvard College with a joint concentration in East Asian Studies and Mathematics, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa (Junior 24), won the Lucy Allen Paton Prize and was a John Harvard Scholar. Spencer attended Harvard Business School for one year, after which he left his program to co-found Osso with Olivia.
Temi is a Principal on the Finance & Accounting team at Osso, where she oversees the accounting and reporting functions of Osso's real estate investment funds.
Prior to Osso, Temi worked as a Fund Accounting & Operations Manager at Oaktree Capital Management. Temi also worked as an Audit Manager in Ernst & Young and Deloitte's audit practices, with a focus on commercial real estate and private equity fund clients.
Temi graduated summa cum laude from Rider University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy. Temi is also a licensed CPA.
Zack is a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team at Osso and is responsible for evaluating and implementing operational strategies within the Osso portfolio.
Prior to joining Osso, Zack was an Associate at Resource REIT, where he focused on the asset management of a portfolio of multifamily properties positioned across the United States. Zack previously worked in Ernst & Young’s Structured Finance group as a Senior Analyst, focusing mainly on CMBS and CRE CLO transactions.
Zack graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he received a BS in Applied Accounting and Finance.
